Please note the following details:
The price for each pup is $2500.00, which can be paid in cash or via E Transfer to yarrowfarmsales@gmail.com.
A deposit of $500.00 is due at the first meeting, and all pups are sold without breeding rights. We require a copy of the spay/neuter certificate from your vet within the first year.
We guarantee that the dog is purebred and registered with the Canadian Kennel Club with registered parents.
As the buyer, you agree to provide a lifelong commitment to your new pup, including a comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming, and responsible care. This includes keeping the puppy parasite-free and up-to-date with inoculations and providing adequate nutrition.
It would be best to only allow the puppy to roam with proper fencing or supervision. Once the puppy leaves the premises with the new owner, you are responsible for all veterinary costs. It is essential to understand that all pups/dogs are sold as pets unless an agreement to breed is made.
The SELLER guarantees this puppy/dog has been given all the immunizations and worming appropriate for the dog's age. The Buyer will provide a health record with all age-appropriate shots and understand to be careful and protect the puppy/dog, especially until it has had the complete immunizations. Our guarantee does not include Kennel Cough, allergies, or thyroid dysfunction. Kennel cough needs to run its course like the common cold. We suggest that it is included in their puppy/dog shots at the correct age!

Always ask to meet the breeder and the pup first, a good breeder doesn’t ask for a deposit on a future or unseen pup/dog!
Ask for vet information,
Google them and ask for pictures.
If it's July and the pup is under the Christmas tree, alarms should go off!
